Size 7: This size is mostly suitable for leather-covered heels from Giaro. There are still some differences in Giaro models, so please contact us if you are unsure about which size you should get. 

Size 8: For Sanctum Shoes high heels, we suggest size 8. Please note that you can only use these on leather-covered heeled models like the Vesta and Vivier.
